High engagement scores for more than a decade are a result of multimedia internal communications work for the rail network which stretches from Plymouth to Aberdeen. Print and a pioneering interactive digital platform maintain the momentum. 

 

Externally, we have supported the business's franchise obligations by engaging more than 100 community rail organisations across the UK in a digital marketing initiative to promote rail travel to local attractions.  Now our focus is on support during lockdown and Covid restrictions. We also produced communications strategies for award-winning initiatives to promote rail safety to young people.
