It is hugely exciting to be a part of communications which chronicle global growth and engage employees in a family business where every employee, dealer and partner is also a member of the wider JCB family.
As well as supporting internal communications, we have worked with the global marketing team to drive sales in India through interactive mobile digital marketing.
The FTSE 100 business's Purpose of "Redefining Packaging for a Changing World" is embedded in its communications. The i•creation team has supported employee engagement on safety, innovation, efficiency and celebrating people.
Looking towards customers and consumers, we partner DS Smith's UK and European innovation teams in R&D work around digital disruption and behaviour change in retail environments.
i•creation approached the world's leading automotive glass replacement business (Autoglass in the UK) with an efficiency/service quality initiative which delivers up to the minute fitting information to technicians around the world.
The project has interactive mobile digital content at its heart.
High engagement scores for more than a decade are a result of multimedia internal communications work for the rail network which stretches from Plymouth to Aberdeen. Print and a pioneering interactive digital platform maintain the momentum.
Externally, we have supported the business's franchise obligations by engaging more than 100 community rail organisations across the UK in a digital marketing initiative to promote rail travel to local attractions. Now our focus is on support during lockdown and Covid restrictions. We also produced communications strategies for award-winning initiatives to promote rail safety to young people.
We work closely with the human resources of this plc with a global sales base to engage employees spread around the world and in two main manufacturing plants, as well as advising on media handling.
The Northern Ireland based team and their owners the Bamford family hit the headlines during Cop 26 with their zero emissions hydrogen powered double-decker bus launched to the world. We used the latest gaming technology to support Wrightbus with a mobile app they use to demonstrate their hydrogen drive train’s usp to customers around the world.
Challenged to improve engagement at parish level, the i•creation team developed a print/digital package based on what we do best... great content, great ideas and great images, well executed, well-edited and effectively distributed.
The result? A popular, effective, honest, regular set of communications vehicles which reflects the church's culture and vision while recognising and debating challenges. The multimedia model has been adopted by other archdioceses as best practice.

We won a competitive tender to provide dynamic, interactive virtual events launching regional business support support services to hundreds of local stakeholders in Worcestershire and Norfolk. We worked with British Library senior management and communications teams in London to produce new video content, graphics and motion graphics work, as well as managing registrations and the events on the day.
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
Another tendering success to win a major contract to revamp a significant part of the biggest UK unitary authority’s website, with words, pictures, video and drone content. Engaging communities, promoting the council’s work, telling stories… right up our street.
Do you believe in fairies? We do. In 2021 we relaunched the Enchanted Glen app as the Forest Friends of Weston Park, using animation, audio, video and interactive education tasks to engage young visitors in sustainability, conservation, wellbeing and much more.
COMMUNITY RAIL NETWORK
We love working with these dedicated, passionate groups of people who are at the forefront of rebuilding trust in our railways after Covid.
Funded by our colleagues at the biggest train operating companies, we build websites, produce award-winning videos, coach on social media and OPR and much, much more. To date we’ve worked with more than 200 CRPs, from Cornwall to Aberdeen and everywhere in between.
