Creative Lead John Lester, with extensive knowledge of graphics and typography, has the designers most hoarded skill… quite simply, he instinctively delivers work that looks right and does its job. He’s worked in so many media, using so many different packages and skills, that little phases him… a source of experience to the whole team.
John’s mash-ups and improvisations are legendary. Who else would take a scrunched-up headline print out, cover it in water and freeze it, break the ice, photograph and filter it to get it just right? Or carve a font out of pastry and bake it? Lo-tech or hi-tech, John’s attention to detail is a reassuring constant. And when he added animation and 3D modelling to his first love of film-making… well, it opened up whole new worlds for the business.
“My interest in technical aspects of film-making and the move into 2d/3d animation and video has made the most recent years exciting and I expect new digital projects to continue that. Continued involvement across an expanding and developing business drive my broad design outlook.”
Award-winning illustrator Maddie Moore's work is highly visible... she was commissioned to design a huge wrap to cover one of Worcester's most historic churches. Maddie's creative flair is a tremendous addition to i•creation projects from print to all things digital, the virtual space and... who knows where next?
"After studying at the University of Worcester, I am so excited to be applying my talents to help each and every client reach a new level of communication with their products and brands. Illustration has such an incredible variety of processes, applications and directions that I will never run out of ideas or new approaches when striving to achieve the message we need to convey. It's an amazing feeling getting an idea from concept to paper and the client saying "Yes! That's exactly it!"

Chris started his career in photography capturing skateboarders in his teens, then went on to become a photographic artist in College and University, and now with 14 years’ experience as a press photographer, he is ready for anything!
“I have always been curious, wanting to know how things work, and what’s behind that door, and the best part about being a photographer is having access granted into incredible businesses and organisations to meet the people that make them work. I feel it’s a great privilege most would never get the chance to see, and I feel it is my job as a photographer to transport the viewer of my images into these spaces and to hear the stories that these people can tell. "
“People say that a picture speaks a thousand words, but I think it does more than that, a good photograph can transport you to the decisive moment in time and space that the shutter was released.”

If it needs designing Scott can design it. Simple as. He’s a tech chameleon who has grown with the industry, just as comfortable with complex pre-press as he is populating a p-list. Scott’s the best juggler in the business, driving digital, web, video, animation… and he’s mean on infrastructure, networking, you name it. A great team member with design and creativity at heart but always an eye on what’s achievable, how budgets are looking, any tech restraints and any new tech round the corner. You could say Scott’s an all-rounder but he’s a rare beast, for he’s an expert as well!
"I take pride in my ability to take the raw ingredients of a project and create something that meets the client's brief. It is deeply satisfying seeing the end-product and realising a job well done. Positive feedback from customers, and our long record of seeing them come back time and time again, is extremely rewarding."
"Such heavenly touches ne'er touch'd earthly faces." Cambridge graduate Ron is, quite simply, an expert writer who can do with words what many can't and we're proud he's part of the team. From three pars to a full-blown feature, whether it's giving voice to a CEO or a young mum, a celebrity to a member of the public, Ron's copy does the trick, and then some. Highly-regarded by customers and peers, Ron is proud to be a journalist. We're proud too. Ron's craft is valued.
"My aim as a journalist is to clarify and communicate while at the same time producing something that’s entertaining to read. Helping a customer communicate key messages involves researching topics meticulously before using the power of words to inform with maximum impact.”
